Delivering effective, added-value, risk control services to large clients is Rob's strength.
Rob joined GRMS in 1998 as a member of the Risk Control team. Rob has a legal background and is currently a member of the Institute of Risk Management South Africa and past Vice President and Treasurer of the Society of Risk Managers.
Having started his career in the Risk Engineering Division of Alexander Forbes, Rob has over 12 years experience in the arena of Risk Control, from the implementation of physical risk management programmes to the auditing, management and monitoring the effectiveness of those programmes.
Rob's areas of responsibility include the development, implementation and management of various tailor made Risk Control and Risk Management Programmes for our leading clients.
Rob also heads up GRMS' Enterprise Wide Risk Management (EWRM) programme and has been responsible for the design and implementation of numerous EWRM programmes for both MRG and "external" companies, including the physical EWRM assessments and the documentation and implementation of frameworks, policies and procedures.
