| Having spent some 36 years in the Insurance and Broking Industry, Rosa specialises in Claims Management - the negotiation and settlement of insurance claims of all types. She is presently responsible for controlling claims handling on behalf of our Captive/Mutual Insurer, and dealing with our market underwriters on claims matters. She has a personal involvement in all major or controversial claims and acts as claims advisor to both clients and brokers. Rosa also handles the liaison role with Loss Adjusters and Attorneys, and advises on other insurance-related matters. |
